The 2019 Helsinki exhibition of Frantisek Kupka was a revelation as a whole, and a chance to regognize a soulmate.  Kupka having proceeded from an apprenticeship of a saddle maker to a drawing school and a painter of many styles, it's difficult to say which one of his styles and periods is the most interesting.  His artistic production is simply astonishing altogether and way above anything an Average Joe of a painter could hope to achieve.
